Having been a bluegrass fan for many years, building the Banjo was a natural extension.
It ws my first project using inlays.  The peg head inlay is Mother of Pearl and Turquoise.
The fret board is ebony with the neck made of "fiddle back" maple, the hoop is also maple.
Now if I could only find some time to learn how to play it.
